If would you like, I would appreciate it if you would find it in your heart to sponsor me this Sunday 18th November 2012 to help me raise funds for Breast Cancer Ireland and Console Ireland on a 52.4 mile run in Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare.

I completed the 52 miler in Sixmilebridge in 9:14:53. Brilliant feeling (well apart the legs afterwards).

This is a very well known quote in the running world whether it is a long distance run or a short sprint. Unfortunately in our world pain sometimes isn't a choice, some people are 
born with it.
If would you like, I would appreciate it if you would find it in your heart to sponsor me this Saturday 18th February 2012 to help me raise funds for Temple Street on a 50k run in Donadea, Kildare.
Anyone who will sponsor me no matter how little you can donate, will get a mention and link from my website to theirs. All monies collected (ALL 100%) will go to charity.
I know times are tough for everyone out there - but recessions come and go - its pain is temporary (though at times it doesn't feel it) but they are children out there who will live in constant pain 24 / 7.
If we can help them forget their pain even for 5 minutes and bring them a smile then me running for 5 hours will be worth a small donation.

The Donadea 50k Race
What a great day !
I finished my Donadea 50k in 5hours and 7 mins in so much pain - but loved every second of it. Not only that, but between us more importanly we raised over 800 euro for Temple Street. I will be forever be indebt to your kindness and donations and every one that sponsored me before the race will get a FREE SEO revamp on their websites worth over €200 euros each. Thanks to everyone who supported me. I also want to thank all my family and friends - especially my bro (Graham), Shirely, Mathew, Clara for been a daft Uncle with a mid life crisis that goes for a long runs ! But most of all I want to thank my wife Corie for her patience and support everytime when I leave the house for a "I'll be back in a hour" which usually means a couple of hours.
